BIRDWATCH AMERICA TAKES FLIGHT:
Premier Backyard Nature Products Trade Show to Run Concurrently With Winter 2011 Philadelphia and Seattle Gift Shows

Birdwatch America goes on the road in Winter 2011 to run concurrently with the Winter editions of the Philadelphia Gift Show and Seattle Gift Show. Show owner Urban Expositions has chosen these strategic West and East Coast collocations to tap into future growth opportunities for the backyard nature products show, as well as new cross-market buying/selling potential and convenient, cost-effective access for niche buyers outside of the show’s traditional geographic trading area.

Birdwatch America – East will be held January 8-11, 2011 in conjunction with the Philadelphia Gift Show at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA. 

Birdwatch America – West will be held February 5-8, 2011 alongside the Seattle Gift Show at the Washington State Convention Center.

Each edition brings together top manufacturers and other industry innovators showcasing bird feeders, bird houses, water gardening supplies, bird baths, bird seed, optics, garden décor, wildlife art, jewelry and many other birding industry items.  Attendees include independent and franchise wild bird specialty stores, e-tailers, camera stores, mail order catalogs, garden centers, outdoor retailers and pet stores. 

This selection will now join the growing resources found at the all-category Philadelphia and Seattle Gift Shows. In addition, the solid retail educational program that has always been part of the Birdwatch America event will also be part of the East and West editions.  Programs targeting the specialized needs of birding retailers will now join the full roster of educational programs that are part of the Philadelphia and Seattle Gift Shows.
